Our Refund Approach
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. However, due to the nature of apparel products and hygiene considerations, we have specific guidelines in place.
Important: All refund and return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
When You Can Request a Refund or Return
We will accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds in the following situations:
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with visible defects, tears, stains, or damage that occurred during production or shipping, we will gladly replace it or provide a full refund. Please provide photos of the defect when you contact us.
Wrong Item Received
If we accidentally sent you the wrong product, size, or color, we apologize for the mistake. Contact us immediately, and we'll arrange for the correct item to be sent or process a refund.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process a full refund if your order hasn't been prepared or dispatched yet.
Missing Items in Order
If part of your order is missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We'll either send the missing item or refund the amount for that item.
When Refunds Are Not Available
For hygiene, quality, and fairness reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
Items Worn, Washed, or Altered
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed cannot be returned. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
Change of Mind or Personal Preference
If you simply changed your mind about a product, or if it doesn't match your personal style or expectations, we cannot offer a refund. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing.
Size or Fit Issues
If the item doesn't fit as expected, we cannot accept returns. However, we're happy to provide detailed size charts and assist with sizing questions before you order.
Requests Made After 7 Days
Refund or return requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery will not be honored, except in special circumstances at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund or Return
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or return based on the conditions above, please follow these steps:

In your message, please include:

- • Photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item (if applicable)
Wait for Our Review and Response
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. If your claim is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return the item (if required) or process your refund directly.
Return the Item (If Applicable)
If a return is necessary, please send the item back in its original condition, unworn, with tags attached. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions. Shipping costs for returns may be covered by us if the issue is our fault.
Receive Your Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you prefer a replacement, we'll send the correct item as soon as possible.
Refund Processing Time
Approved Refunds
Once your refund request is approved and we've received the returned item (if applicable), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Payment Method Timing
Depending on your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer), it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Please check with your provider if you experience delays.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item and would like an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know when you contact us. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability.
Note: We do not offer exchanges for size or style preferences. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
